Dr Hester is great! But Saturdays are walk in's and busy so bring a book
Blair C. replied:
Dr Hester has helped with many of my rescues, but I don't guarantee you'll be seen by him unless u ask. Most of the time the technicians are in the room with you. So make sure you ask that ur pup is to be seen by him.

Rose Rich ! They are very affordable and great. I worked there and loved it.

Where is Dr. Hester?
Tammy â. replied:
Thanks everyone! We were able to get in to Dr Hester. Molly was already very old when she entered rescue and the vet was afraid to put her under for a dental. We really just needed to get her started on antibiotics this weekend and we will follow up with her rescue vet on Monday.

Colloidal Silver will kill any infection. Silver Biotics is my favorite brand. Do you have her on a probiotic to help with the damage anti Biotics do?
Hello everyone! I'm looking for a good, reliable and affordable vet. I remember there was a vet that a lot of people would mention. I think the vet was in the...

I've been using Dr Plummer at Hillcrest Animal Hospital since we moved here 7 years ago, highly recommend her. Love the way she calls us at home after hours to check on our furbaby when he's sick.

Please DO NOT use Dr. Hester/Rosenberg Animal Hospital! Dr. Hester used to be great, but I guess he is trying to work less because, for the last YEAR, his VET TECH has been doing virtually ALL office visits, exams, shots, EVEN SURGERIES!!! UNACCEPTABL...See More

I was a Registered Vet Technician for many years and would strongly NOT recommend Dr Hester based on my experiences there.

I have never seen any problems at Dr Hesters. But to each there own
Genelle M. replied:
Mame: if you want to go elsewhere....no one is stopping you....Dr. Hester had a FULL waiting room every time I go in there...I always call ahead and see if Bill is in or what time he will arrive....you are FREE to go to any vet in the Houston area.... I don't intend to argue any more, I have made myself clear. I choose ROSENBERG VETERINARY CLINIC and Dr. William Hester and staff for my pets.
Robyn M. replied:
I DO use another vet after this! I am trying to give the ASKER an honest accounting of MY experience with Dr. Hester and, apparently, I'm not alone as a vet tech shares my sentiments about the place... this pic is how my dogs were "prepped for surgery"...See More
Katherine W. replied:
I still like Dr Hester, but I'm unsure of his clinic anymore. I had a terrible experience fairly recently with the neuter of one of precious cats. I called immediately to tell them what happened and they were dismissive at best. No one ever even followed up or called to apologize. As a former vet tech and business owner I was disappointed. I will probably go there for non emergencies, but never surgery again.
Kristina R. replied:
I've never had a surgery done at Dr Hester's office but he was the only one who didn't laugh at me when I frantically tried to find a place to treat my mauled chicken. I couldn't let her just die and the meds he gave her saved her life. I also took in a foster dog who was throwing up, and both him and his vet assistant were truly kind and caring. Maybe pick and choose your clinic for the specific care you need.

Dr. Vogt at Friendship Animal Hospital on Grand Parkway at Mason (in front of Waterside Estates). She and her staff are beyond amazing with the fur babies!
Kelley H. replied:
For being such a big clinic and having state of the art training for all staff, you honestly can't beat the prices. They have 4 of the best vets ever. I'd ask for Dr Sharon Moore. She's the owner of the clinic and is one of the lead vets. You won't be disappointed.:)
Lisa S. replied:
I love Dr. Moore. She is so knowledgeable and like to educate you instead of rushing you out of the room. I always feel satisfied, and she is good at finding the cheapest treatment options.
Are there any experienced groomers out there that can help this guy? He came to the shelter on May 24th, and the shelter staff felt he had injuries to his front and back...

What was the name of the very reasonable vet someone spoke of? I'm thinking I should take my foster to a vet to make sure she is healthy and is ok to be around my dogs.

Dr Hester at Rosenberg Vet Clinic the number is 281-342-6618

Richmond Animal Hospital in hwy 90 is reasonable.

Kaye, Fbac gets a break from Richmond Animal Hospital. The rabies shot is like 9.00. I took my foster to Foster Creek because that is where i take my other pups. I did heartworm check and they checked for worms and i got 1 heartguard and rabies shot and all that was 92.00. So i would recommend Richmond Animal Hospital. Also they get a price break from Rose-Rich.
Picked up by George Ranch High School by Fort Bend County Animal Services (71-84% kill rate). She has an injury to back foot in need of medical care - there is NOT a vet...
Cheri M. replied:
It says they took to Richmond Animal Hospital could probably donate there or to the SOCA FBC link says "To donate to medical cases please go to www.soca-fbc.org and click "donate now." It is a tax deductible donation"
