Lol, I have known Kevin since he was 5 that would have made me 2! Jennifer Granado, holy cow!!!! Luckily we don't have a slab house but I think roots are also our problem.:/

We ended up having Scenic City Plumbing come out this morning. Gary arrived exactly when he was supposed to and fixed all three issues in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and was what the other company wanted to charge for fixing only one of the three issues. We will definitely call Scenic City again if we need them in the future.
