I had a bad experience with my glasses being broken by an employee at Dr Carter's and then she didn't accept responsibility or fix them for months until Jimmy called. I won't go there again.

I second Dr. Geldert. Really nice guy. Delt with for my self and for Marissa. Anthony the office manager will take care of you. A little more pricey but worth the service. Great warranty two years as long as you can bring in the pieces they will replace them.
