I do my own power washing so no recommendation there. But as for the Spa I used this company for technical work on it and they were good. Have you been in a in ground spa compared to an above ground one? Although not as aesthetically pleasing, above ground is much more therapeutic, comfortable and less expensive. I know if it's a new build adding a spa is about 10 k, if your adding it to an existing pool it's going to be more. I do recommend Grant Pools, who recently built our pool if you are set on this spa. After having an above ground spa and being in our neighbors built in pool spa, we chose not to add the pool spa.
