Good point Lisa! I have not seen a vet AAHA approved either until now. Accrediation is based on the delivery of quality patient care set to a standard of excellence; this title must be earned, and it is not available for purchase. If you would like to check to see if any other vet can compare, here is the link: https://www.aaha.org/

Lemon Bay Animal Hospital, 4 wonderful Doctors,
Rayona C. replied:
Lemon Bay Animal Hospital. I went for the first time yesterday; I have one diabetic dog and one with allergies. I was offered (and took) two "state of the art" treatments that were NOT offered to my dogs up north; one a special type of blood test to better control the dogs insulin dosage, and one newer medication that is not a steroid. Going a few steps further: the place is clean, the staff is nice, the staff is efficient, and the doctor is up on current treatment methods. I saw Dr. Paul; he even called me today with the lab results! I have never had a vet call me personally! I told my husband that if I am ever in the north, and my dogs need any type of care, I will be on the first plane here. I am not kidding; my dogs are my babies.
