That might be a stretch. You might be better off getting a venue that includes those services. I got married at the winnfield and I think the venue cost including all those things was around 9 k, but we did have a 150 person head count. Got a venue in mind already?

Generally, you won't find a ton of caterers that do all of that setup/breakdown especially at that price. My suggestion would be to book a caterer and book event staff separately for the chairs/linens/tables and bartending.

No offense but that's quite the tall order, specially around here. I have not found any place that is that cheap and that includes ALL those things.

You might actually check pok-e-jos. They have a pretty robust wedding catering business and are not limited to bbq.
