The Yoga Room in Round Rock has an excellent beginners series as well as many drop in classes suitable for beginners. It's not Pflugerville but it's a short hop north, and their instructors are great.

Amy, a version called PopPilates (fast-paced; current popular music) has started two mornings a week at Pville 24 hour Fitness. It's the closest I've found without having to join and drive to YMCA way down Howard Lane or too Hancock Center 24 hour Fitness. Going today at 10:30
