Ruskin Animal hospital and they can trim nails as well, esp if you are already there for check up no need to go to a groomer as well unless the pup needs a haircut too

About Pets, Inc mobile Vet will be at the Ruskin VFW parking lot this Wed. We are a 501(c)3 non profit. The Dr and his wife live in Apollo Beach. I live in Ruskin. $30 for a new pet check up and exam. Annual 1 year shots $54.95. Other services are also much less expensive because we don't "sell" you services you may not need. Be at our locations by 9:30 am to get an appointment for that day. We work 10-2, but are usually working till 4:30 every clinic. Www.aboutpetsinc.org. nails, ear and eye exams, glands, infections, allergies and much more. Medication are on board with us for Flea and Heartworm preventive. Come see us!

I know every pet owner thinks they know best. And I agree that if they feel they have the best service for their pet then good on em. Personally, after going through several vets.......We landed on Dr. Waldy at Ruskin Animal Clinic. After several emergencies and unfortunately some life threatening situations......it's clear to me that Dr. Waldy is the only vet I'll ever use in this area. Straight shooter with a genuine love of the animals. When we had a labrador lightly bleeding from the gums and though "oh, he's just cut himself on a bit of food" and Dr. Waldy knew exactly what was going on and just calmly said "guys, what are your plans for the evening?" He led us in the perfect path to deal with the situation at hand. It was much, much more than we thought. Calm and cool with an amazing ability to make any animal just lean into him for "loving" while being inconspicuously examined is just one of his many traits. Dr. Waldy is like family for us.

We use Pretty Pups as well and they're very good and reasonable. Our vet is Ruskin Animal Clinic and we board our dogs there also when away on longer trips.

We also use Ruskin Animal Hospital for all of our dogs. Dr Waldy is who we usually see there but trust all of them. BTW I buy Zymox ear solution at Pet Supermarket. Not the cleaner. If the infection isn't very bad that has helped us in the past.

We used to go to a great vet in Valrico but we live in Ruskin and we went to Ruskin animal at college and 41 few weeks ago. I was so surprised how reasonable and Dr. Heaton was awesome too
