I'd also recommend Matthew at Tudor Court. Lower back pain sorted in 4 sessions, horrendous headaches sorted in 2 sessions. I was cynical but thought I would give a Chiropractor a try as the pain was starting to affect my work and I couldn't wait for an NHS physio referral. It definitely made a difference for me. Madeleine Brzeski in Worthing is also good but she sorted my baby boy out so I don't know about her adult treatments however she is popular! I saw a physio for pain in pregnancy and she was great and my Dad swears by osteopathy! Basically, it depends on personal preference and individual practitioners but you don't know until you try! Good luck:-)

Theo Peters in LA Health Centre (Osteopath) sorted mine out brilliantly. I got referred on the NHS too, as an urgent case (was a few yrs ago now) and I know he's still practising.
So I have torticollis :-( been given a cocktail of drugs from the doc which mean I can't drive. The lovely Sarah Powel has persuaded me that chiropractor is the way to...
