In Lincoln County where I live, they have low cost spay and neuters. Charlotte does too. Can you find something like that. Lincoln County takes the animals to Asheville I believe to be fixed.

if in rutherford county you can phone CPC at 828 287 7738 or email: cpcrutherfordcounty@gmail.com or contact FB group PAWS. Both get dogs to low-cost high-volume spay/neuter clinics. Glad you asked - if you need any other help, let us know. CPC is not in the office today but you could leave a message.
