All the wineries in Clarksburg. The man who runs Miosa downtown (Michael) is an incredible seamstress. Not sure what exactly you're thinking for artist needs, but thegoodness.com creates a bunch of custom wedding thingys like cards, favors, idea templates, etc. They are amazing. Tell them Brian and I sent you, we're friends:)

Sugar Mill is awesome! Or Mckinley park rose garden with the reception at Clunie hall. You rent the place from the city of sac and they have no restrictions as to what vendors you use. Many places only let you use their preferred caterers, bartenders and cake people. Turn Verein on J and 33 is cool too! Congrats!
Curtis S. replied:
For #3, ask John Ikuma through FB. He's a super talented artist/animator/puppet-maker. He certainly is very creative.:-)

We have researched several venues recently for my sons upcoming wedding in August 2017. They narrowed it down to Grace Vineyard & The Sterling, which is a Wedgewood Property; however, we found out about The Murieta Inn & Spa and now that is one of the top two venues. The Murieta Inn is still under construction, so the backup is The Sterling. You can have the ceremony at the Sterling or they can set up offsite at either the steps of the state capitol or the rose garden. Thought that would be cool & have a horse drawn carriage for the ride back to the hotel. If you have the ceremony on a day other than Saturday evening, you save quite a bit! They also offer a military discount @ Sterling! http://m.wedgewoodbanquet.com/wedding-venue/Sterling-Hotel-Sacramento
