Hey Trish, I used Stephanie Armstrong (with Jeff Kitchen) last year to sell my house and she was fantastic! Our house was sold in less than a week. She has an interior designer come in, she caters an agents open house, professional photographer... Best experience we've had! I highly recommend her.:)
