Dragon FX in West Edmonton is great. Look up Fabian on their website.. All of his work it fantastic! I have a medium sized tattoo on my ribs and they charged $115 an hour. He finished the tattoo in 2.5 hours and only charged me for two. Also, they have a six month touch up policy in which you get as many free touch ups you need. Would highly recommend!

Personally I'd leave Saint John for a really amazing tattoo if that's in your budget. But I've gotten one done at High tides that I'm relatively happy with.
