It would be exponentially better to pay the bills a little late just this once, rather than take any Payday loans or "low credit" loans that will only make things worse.

Call Lutheran Social Services. They do free credit counseling and could help intervene with creditors on your behalf. They helped me out of a jam after a foreclosure.

I know it's probably not what you want to hear, but if your credit is already low you're probably much better off taking a further hit to your credit than you are to take out some high interest loan. If it's over 20%apr, and it will be, just let them thrash your credit and pay them when you get paid.
Also, Try calling the people you owe money to and asking if they can avoid reporting to the credit agency for as much time as you need to get right.
I'm a financial advisor.. so take it or leave it. But it's a lot easier to dig out of bad credit than it is to dig out of the vicious payday loan cycle.
The entire industry is predicated on extremely high interest to break you until you file BK.
On a related note. A bk sucks but you're already with bad credit and broke. Don't let pride tell you to keep going. If you're legitimately insolvent it might be the answer. If you're paying today knowing it's only a matter of time until you file you're only costing yourself time and money

You could try to request emergency assistance from your county. The 30 days foundation may be of help- they do grants but probably not in the amount that you need. You could also try calling 211 United way- 651-291-0211 for info on other grant programs. Good luck!!
Just as an FYI, I did my taxes this year online with one of the free services. I got about $1,500 back. I recall checking a box or something to inquire about a refund loan, and decided to see what the offer was. I filled out one form which was then sent to a number of different places. My offers all were roughly the same, $1,000 now and pay off the loan in monthly installments. The interest rates offered were, I believe, 921%. I would end up paying them $5,000 over 3 years. I still get emails from these people. I’m only now realizing that I’m not sure if they would take my refund too, probably they do.

If any of these places take a credit card, you may be able to apply for an easy to get card. You can download the credit karma app and they normally have approval odds. Not sure if you’d get a high enough credit limit but it could pay for a portion. Other then that I would look for a second job or random jobs ASAP. Would be worth it to sell random stuff you have or any non essential valuables. You should also tell your landlord and anyone who will most likely not receive payment in time that you will be late but plan to pay. The long term solution to your problems here is to lower your monthly debt obligations and search for a better paying job. Another option to explore ASAP is to try subletting your current apartment (or whatever you’re renting) and trying to find as cheap as a place as possible while you get back on your feet.

Stay away, I repeat stay away from PayDay loans. I was dumb a few years ago and it took me forever to get out from under them. Talk to your landlord. If you don’t talk to them they can evict after a certain period and at my old apartment it was 10 days late. There was a 5 day grace period followed by 5% late fee up to 10 days. You might have the same options. That was a management company and they were not willing to work with people after 10 days. These fancy places know someone else will pay on time so they don’t waste any time with eviction, especially if you don’t say anything. If you have one person or a small operation as your landlord it might be different. Either way go in and talk to them. I second downloading the Credit Karma app and seeing what reputable banks or cards will help you out.

Be careful. Most low credit score loans are a scam that forces you to pay the loan over many times before its paid off due to outrageous fees and interest. If you can lay it late that would be better.

Have a consultation with Prepare and Prosper or Lutheran Social Services before you do anything else.

money lion plus is an app that offers a 500 loan in addition to being a budgeting tool.....i just took it out about a month ago so im not sure how bad or good it really is.... there is alot going on behind the scenes with money moving into a forced savings account and u get paid $1 a day to login against the monthy fee... etc etc but at first glance it was 5.9% interest and pretty much no qualification and they report to credit so youll have to make your own decision but for the answer to your question..... that gets you 1/4 of the way there...hope this helps

https://universallenders.net/wisconsin/about-us/ I used it- and it seems better than a payday loan place. They will do the 2000 depending on your income. It seemed a little shady, but I was in a pickle too and it worked well. They service MN and WI. I went to Hudson WI to pick up the check. Hope that helps!

Dude, just pay it late. Give yourself a month to pay it off with your landlords.
Plenty of places are looking for part time help, grab yourself a second job for a while and pay it back.
Best thing to do is contact your landlord and let them know you can’t make a payment this month. They might take $100 and then set you up on a plan to catch back up. So long as you aren’t constantly late with rent most people are VERY understanding.
As someone who owns a few rental properties, I gave a good tenant a free months rent because he’s paid on time every time for 2.5 years. He got laid off and I gave him some time to catch up. As long as you aren’t dealing with fucking Gassen or some shitty heartless company they will help you figure it out. Be honest, and open my man.

Pawn stores... Pawn America might do payday loans. Idk if they still those after the recent class action lawsuit. Otherwise pawn your items and pick them back up when you've made your payment.
Also remember, if you're late on your rent, the landlord will file in court to kick you out. I've read the courts are usually lenient if you pay before / on your court date. The court date gives you time to get that money.
Do you own your car? You might be able to do a car title loan.
Check with the county. I've heard sometimes they can give you some money to avoid you being kicked out of your home, especially if you have a family.
Honestly, I'd avoid the payday loan and the car title loans. Too easy to get stuck in a cycle of debt.

Whatever you do DO NOT go to a payday loan place. You’ll be fucked for life. Those people are garbage humans and shouldn’t be allowed to exist.

you should check out /r/personalfinace to get some guidance on budgeting. The type of quick turnaround "loan" you are looking for is going to end up making sure you're right back in this situation again in 30, 60, 90 days and beyond from now. I know its not everyones cup of tea but [John Oliver did an informative segment on payday loans](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PDylgzybWAw). I know you are probably desperate but you should steer clear at all costs.

You could try **Plastiq**. I've never used it before, but I presented it at work as a possible way for people to pay their membership fees on-time even if they're short on cash. https://www.plastiq.com/how-it-works/ It's a service that allows people to use their credit cards to pay for anything where credit cards aren’t accepted (Plastiq charges the customer’s credit card for the bill (plus a 2.5% fee) and then pays the bill for the customer (via ACH or a check or a wire). If you have a cashback credit card you can essentially use their service for 1% (2.5% fee by plastiq minus 1.5% cashback bonus via credit card)
