Dr Tonk off Platt and stone school. (Ask for the gas, he uses a ultrasonic?? Cleaning process and it can be a bit rough on the gums, plus it's laughing gas and that's always fun)

Dr Kyle Pullen off of Packard on Brooklyn. He makes his own crowns. My husband has horrible teeth from grinding them and has a couple crowns. No problems with the crowns. My mom and dad see him as well as Amanda and myself and husband. Plus, he went to Dicken. You may know Drew Pullen from school.
Looking for a good dentist in the area Title is pretty self explanatory. I want to find a new dentist that's actually near where I live (South Ann Arbor) and looking for...

Go to the U of M Dental School. I've been going there for years and it's amazing. I hardly ever have to pay a dime, and the treatment is great! Sometimes it takes a little bit to get seen, or sometimes it's right away. However, when I had a major procedure done a couple years back, I had to wait a bit and was annoyed, so I called my old oral surgeon and checked his availability, and it was the same! But for him, he would have charged me $10,000 and at the dental school the bill was $0. People come from far and wide to go there, I've met people from other states as far as the UP and Illinois. Take advantage of a great resource in your amazing town!

I really like Ann Arbor Dentist on Stadium. They offer "holistic" services (which are bullshit, but it's Ann Arbor I guess), but their normal dentistry is great. Best dentist I've ever gone to.

Try Aliza Westfall!

Dr. Regina Davis. Her office is at the corner of Miller and Maple. She is excellent and took a 40 year practice over from John Hatch who was also excellent and handpicked her as his replacement when he retired.

Just to add, if you need fancy dental stuff related to prosthodontics, I'd strongly recommend Dr. Laurence Seluk in Plymouth. If you need fancy endodontics, Dr. Robert Rybicki in Novi. Also, Dr. James McNamara is a world-renowned orthodontist here in Ann Arbor. For oral surgery, I'd use Dr. Sean Edwards at UM. I've had just about every dental procedure you can imagine; for typical checkups, UM Dental School is perfectly fine. For the more difficult diagnoses and treatments, those four are some of the best in the region.

Bonnie Patel near Stadium & Pauline is great. Not too difficult to get appointments, and my kids don't hate going to her, which is one of the best compliments I can give any dentist.

Dexter Dental Studio. If you are like me and get nervous with anything medical or dentist related, they have a comfort dog named Uno that can sit on ur lap for any procedure. Worth the lil bit of drive out of town. I hadn't been to a dentist in 5 years and had a cavity filled and was really nervous, so they plopped the little dog on my lap and just having him there made me relax.
