A pouch or get used to it. It is a little strange but you need to become accustom to it. You might say the same thing when you put on a fanny pack to hold your phone. http://www.amphipod.com/products/holders/musicelectronics/microstretch-quick-clip-race-plus-belt

I can't say enough how much I LOVE my Buddy Pouch. Its a magnetic pouch that hooks on your waistband. I ran a marathon and multiple half marathons along with all my training with one of these. https://www.therunningbuddy.com

I use a flat running belt / pouch and wireless headphone. It allows me to take my phone, credit card, hotel or car key and no cords. Something like this: http://a.co/biha9 pC The trick with any belt is to have one that sits flat and holds items against you to stop them bouncing. I've never had any issues with water getting into my phone but you can also put your phone in a snack ziplok bag to protect it.

Hi Tommy the first piece of advice I give my runners is to get it diagnosed by a sports therapist or physio. Once you have that diagnosis you can start a treatment plan built between your therapist and yourself. I encourage runners to use IT Band stretches during the cool down process and also on non running strength days. Happy to send you a free copy of my ebook on avoiding running injury if that's of use? (Reviews here: www.focusedperformance.co.uk/injuryfreerunning ) Does that help?

Alyssa Springer, we would love to have you join in on the tons of fun. Lmao. We have also decided to use Kaytee Gore for the female models. I am going to need to get with both of you to decide on a date and time we can do this, and its after I can find a Photographer that will be willing to do this for trade. We are unable to pay out at the moment, and if that is a problem, please let me know asap so I can find other options. I will however do what I can at the time of the shoot, to ensure you are all pleased, and somewhat taken care of.

I was plagued by ITBS and did not have as much luck rolling and strengthening, but I got through/ get through it with Active Release Therapy! While therapists can get straight to the knot and trigger a release, I have found you can self release with practice- I will use the same motion as rolling on my side but on a roller stick instead of a foam roller. (Ive used rolling pins in a pinch) Just rolling over the knot never helped much, but in ART, roll over the top of the knot and pause. Make an effort to relax the muscle until you feel the knot spasm. It's pretty uncomfortable, but the goal is to continue to apply pressure on the knots between your hip and your knee until they spasm and release.
Looking for the best band to use to carry my phone on runs. What do you guys suggests?

Amazon has some cheap knockoffs of Naked Band, FlipBelt, etc. I've been happy with this $15 one which fits iPhone 6, extra battery, keys, snacks, light gloves: http://www.amazon.com/Aodor-Running-Belt-Waist-Pack/dp/B01A5HGOES/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1464214536&sr=8-1&keywords=Aodor+running+belt

Can't tell you the best way, but here's the worst, especially if you hold it with the phone in the palm of your hand, because that's the first thing that hits the ground when you fall. http://www.roadrunnersports.com/rrs/products/08357/amphipod-handpod-smartview-sumo/?cc=001&sc=C6X1A110&cm_mmc=psearch-_-google-_-na-_-rrs101-8357&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=Psearch&utm_term=RRS101-8357

I have run with bands before but when I picked up a Salomon Skin Belt for a race I have been using it ever since to hold my phone and anything else I need. Sometimes I do still break out the pack for longer runs or where more water / extra clothes are needed but that has pockets for my phone too. http://www.salomon.com/us/product/s-lab-adv-skin-3-belt.html?article=359816
