Looking for Property Management Company Any recommendations? I was working with BMG and they were great. They were acquired by Home River Group and I'm not a fan of how...

Stay far away from Welch Randall. Easier to recommend who to stay from than who to use.

Avoid AMC. They're crooks.

We have a rental house in Riverton and we've used Rhino Property Management. They are affordable, we pay $95/month and they have filled our property with good quality tenants within a week or so every time tenants have switched over. They are very proactive to a fault. Sometimes I feel like I'm the last to hear about what is going on with our property but if there is an issue they are right on top of taking care of it for better or for worse. One time our tenants broke lease early and by time I heard about it I saw that the property had been listed back onto the market and was already doing showings. The only thing I haven't liked is that they won't pull the property from their advertising websites until they have a signed lease and it can drive your existing tenants crazy with the amount of showings. Its not fun getting texts from frustrated tenants when they've had a solid week of daily showings with no end in sight. Overall I've been happy with them but if you want to know about every last decision with the property ahead of time you might get frustrated with them. But they do make my life a lot easier overall.
