Looking for a good local coffee shop Hello! Im visiting san antonio for month and I am very used to my hometown's coffee scene and I wanted to know what are the good...

Everyone is loving The Fair View in my neck of the woods. Press Coffee is pretty good too. Also recently found a cool little nook that roasts their own called White Elephant near Southtown. Also, Bakery Lorraine is always legit.

[Brown Coffee Co.](http://browncoffeeco.com/) is exceptionally spot on with their coffee. However, the owner is homophobic and it's a bummer he used his company's twitter account to spew his bigotry.

Indy coffee co is a great place, very friendly and skilled baristas.

I'm fond of Sip, downtown at Houston & St. Mary's (next to Hotel Valencia).

While I am certainly no connoisseur of fine coffee, I've found the Candlelight Cafe on St. Mary's to have a wonderful vibe. Nice, quiet enough for a conversation, comfortable couches and good food too.

Coppali Cafe close to Bitters/281, Local coffee (locations at the pearl and med center), or Aspen near huebner/i10 are all good choices.
Does anyone know of a coffee shop or something that has wifi and will allow dogs? Preferably around the 281 area. Any suggestions will help!

I would assume anywhere that has outdoor seating would be okay for the pet thing... here's a yelp list that has outdoor seating and free wifi... http://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=coffee+shop&find_loc=San+Antonio%2C+TX&ns=1#attrs=OutdoorSeating,WiFi.free
Someone please recommend a decent coffee shop in this town, there has to be at least one. Plz...Halp

Donna, I'm suffering from the unfortunate case of being in San Antonio for the week, thus I am severly lacking a quality coffee fix. My top 3 ATX shops are 1. Once Over Coffee Bar 2. Medici on Congress 3. Houndstooth.

Martin Aguirre Martinez oh I was going to say once over.
