Leon James, at Optivest in Dana Point. I could write a book about how amazing and knowledgeable he is. Just one example: I wasn't sure what to do with my boys' collage fund. He ran through so many different options to help me understand what would be best for our family in the long run. (949) 363-8686 office (949) 584-3000 direct

I have a guy who I worked with as a financial planner before I retired. We use him as our adviser. I know how honest and hard working he is from the inside but he's located in the Irvine spectrum area. I can message you his info if you're interested. Chris Quinley at Laing and Quinley. http://www.liangquinleywm.com He has a degree in finance and is a CFP. He also teaches CFP classes at UCI.
