Sounds painful. A friend had frozen shoulder and his doctor put him under and guess did some moves on it to un frozen it...I have had surgery on both my shoulders for repairs. Worst surgery ever. Slow recovery.

I am a massage veteran/critic!! Had them all over and every type. One of THE BEST massages I've ever had is at Thai Body Works in San Clemente. Ask for Yolanda. They combine Swedish with Thai, stretches with deep tissue. You lay on a mat on the floor and they may use their feet for part of it. Sounds crazy I know. Try it, you will not be sorry.
