I like the [Spa at the Estancia La Jolla](http://estancialajolla.com/san-diego-hotel-spa/). It's a cute little spa, and very relaxing. An hour massage will cost $130, and facials are at a variety of price points. You also get use of the pool, hot tub, sauna, and fireplace patio, so you can make it a day.
