Is there anything in specific you are looking to fish? Tuna and offshore fishing in general is out of your price range, so currently your limited to local fishing for yellowtail, rockfish, and bass which are the target specicies for any 1/2 day or 3/4 day boats out of Orange County and San Diego. For Orange County there is: http://www.daveyslocker.com/ - Newport Beach, CA http://www.newportlanding.com/ - Newport Beach, CA http://www.danawharf.com/ - Dana Point, CA San Diego: http://www.fishermanslanding.com/ http://www.hmlanding.com/ http://www.pointlomasportfishing.com/

Out of San diego, do a 3/4 day trip which will run around $200 including tackle, day license and some food with some beer on the boat.. You could do a 1/2 day trip for your budget which would be cool if you arent looking to catch tuna and there probably wont be more than 10-15 people if you go on a weekday.. On the half day, youll probably catch rockfish, calico or sand bass maybe a yellowtail if your lucky..
Charter Recommendation In San Diego? So, I'm going to San Diego to visit family at the beginning of June, and I'm wanting to take either a 1/2 or full day fishing...

Fishermans Landing. This is always my go to. A lot of people say that the H & M in that name stands for Heroine & Meth, so take that as you will.. Seaforth is also a very good landing!

Look at the Shogun and get on a 1.5 day trip. Also the Aztec is a good one. Pac Queen, Outer Limits, Tomahawk, Poseidon, all good SD boats and you should get a shot at the bluefin.
