There is nothing near La Jolla for cheap... Mobile mechanics which will run $1-300 depending which glass. Cheaper will be a glass place on Miramar Rd, Cheapest will be a pick-n-pull/junkyard with your type of cars in Chula, La Mesa, Escondido, etc.

My car got broken into this weekend. I got the front passenger door fixed by Auto Glass of SD for $206. They came to my office to do the repair work. If I brought it into the shop, it would have costed me $25 less. I got a quote from Safelite and All-Star Glass and Auto Glass of SD was far cheaper.

I took mine to The Local Tint Shop in Santee. The price was really reasonable, the owner did a great job (it's Nick from another shop previously), and they were really quick. He initially gave me a quote through Yelp in like 15-20 min, and the price was accurate when I paid afterwards.
