Thank you!

Opes Advisors. They're all over the bay area, there is one in Willow Glen. They fund the loans & sell them, so they can turn the loans around so fast it will make the sellers head spin! A 15-21 day close of escrow can be a major selling point.

\- Do you like having wrong information sent after clearly pointing it out numerous times? \- Do you like to feel like your being spoken down to? \- Do you like to feel like your own needs are not considered but someone else views are pushed on you? \- Do want to be bribed with a restaurant gift card just to give a 5 star review? If you answered yes to all off these, then please waste your time with mortgage teacher. Absolutely livid they asked for a review after.

We’ve been using Jeff Krieger at OMAC Mortgage broker. He’s given some great advice and is always honest. We’ve had a great experience with him so far and he also recommend our fantastic real estate agent!

A realtor friend of mine recommended a GTA based mortgage broker, I was hesitant about this since they weren't in town, but it ended up not really mattering, and right now you probably wouldn't be meeting with a broker face to face anyway. https://tridacmortgages.com/ Their communication was great, they shopped around for me when we had some setbacks, he sends me updates about interest rates, he was re-assuring when some things went sideways, and he was realistic and frank with us.

Seems like everyone is very happy with their Mortgage Broker. I was with mine as well. Yet it's the real estate people who make the big bucks and I could not recommend mine or any of the other ones I met at open houses or put offers with. (I did not have a buyer broker so they would all make double commis).

Clint Stroop. Have bought two houses and refinanced twice, and he’s always been exceptional. Talked me out of a couple thinks that would’ve been to his benefit if I’d gone through with them, but he saw aspects of them I hadn’t thought of and brought it to my attention. http://www.mortgagewisefinancial.com/our-team

Our mortgage broker gave fantastic advice and recommendations. Our situation likely differs from yours but having someone speak honestly to the situation is always a plus. Colin Dambrauskas at Mortgage Architects. Highly highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Michael Mullis at http://mortgageteacher.com/. He took the time to explain things to us and answer questions, which was important for me because I'm the type that wants to research and understand things and he was very patient with me. We're coming up on the end of our first mortage (almost 5 years, time flies!) and I have no regrets about the mortgage he found for us. No obligation, but if you do decide to go with them, feel free to PM me as they offer some nice referral rewards.

I used BAX Mortgage Group. They were recommended by my real estate agent, they had used them in the past.

Clint Stroop - he's talked me out of several things in the last few years that would've made him money, and been bad for me. And turned out right every time. As honest as they get. http://www.mortgagewisefinancial.com/our-team

Just a heads up, it could be more helpful if you tell us of any considerations you may know of. If there's any that is going to require an alternative mortgage, it could be helpful to know. Some examples would be poor credit, proposals, prior bankruptcy, self employed, etc. I know some brokers who will get you the best rate, etc if everything is straightforward, but don't want to touch anything complicated. So if there's anything special you know of, let me/us know as I would recommend different brokers for different circumstances.
