You might want to start at the top with one of the bigger hospitals in Managua where you're more like to find someone who knows about your condition. Then he/she may be able to keep a local MD informed in case of emergency. treated at the Immaculada Clinic in Rivas. They have good doctors and can do the ultra sound at the clinic. If something more specific is needed they will refer you to other clinics and doctors in Rivas.
