I usually go Queen Nail on A st (Target Lot) so that my husband can walk around Target with the kids while I get my pedicure, but lately they have some new employees, one of them does not speak English at all, so she has no clue what you want and says yes to everything but does not do it, then there's this other guy who is brand-new and thinks he knows everything, tells you he's gonna do one thing, but does not do what he says he's going to do, I don't know how I was so lucky to get them both at the Same time, one on my feet and one on my hands. I don't want to be rude at all, so I don't know if I want to go in again because I really do not want them to do my manicure and pedicure, but I won't call them out in front of everyone, So I too am looking for a new nail salon

Diamond Nails near Trader Joe's in CV (not Pampered Nails -they are next door to each other) - they autoclave their tools and rip open the bags in front of you. They use small disposable sponge files. They also use the water bags in the foot tubs/chairs.
