Anybody know of a good dermatologist. I need one my son had acne bad
Susan H. replied:
Dr. Gunn with University Physicians on West Edgewood.
Jake H. replied:
I second the recommendation for Abby at Central Missouri Dermatology
Jennifer P. replied:
I like Stephanie Hose at JCMG, but it's hard to get in there. For quick service, call University's dermatology clinic on Edgewood.
Nancy Z. replied:
Dr Allen shouldn't even be in practice she misdiagnoses because she doesn't take the time or doesn't know what she's doing. Not patient friendly
Teala S. replied:
Dr. Hose
Erin T. replied:
Dr McCullem at JCMG is phenomenal. She literally saved my life. It takes awhile to see her initially but she is wonderful and worth the wait.
Jenny W. replied:
Dr. Martin With Univeristy she is in the office with Dr Gunn. She was awsome with my son. She is in Jefferson City like once or twice a week.
Carla M. replied:
A big NO to Dr. Allen and YES to Central Missouri dermatology-jefferson City office
Kasie L. replied:
For acne, you are better off going to an esthetician, since they specialize in skin care. Diana at Bella Capelli is amazing!! She has worked miracles with my skin!
Laura A. replied:
I would question any Dermatologist where you don't have a long wait to get in....the good ones are worth waiting for. And look up any names given and research them. Case.net is an excellent place to start.
Brandy B. replied:
Sorry, but you couldn't pay me to go back to Dr Allen
Tammy L. replied:
Central Missouri dermatology has an office in jc and they come a couple times a week to jc. I recommend them. Don't really trust dr. Angel Allen because of her past and JCMG takes to long to get into. My teen sees the nurse practitioner Abby for her acne. http://centralmodermatology.com/physicians-staff/
Tina S. replied:
We've had good luck with Dr McCullem at JCMG
Amber W. replied:
Dr. McCullem has been awesome for me! She's ran tests on my skin no one else has and I've had the same issues for years. What she's done has helped me! I have eczema and major allergies!

Creating Harmony in SLO is great (dr kromhaut's office) the midwives do most of the annual exam stuff and they are great.

Dr. Kromhout is awesome. I prefer him to the midwives.
Hilary H. replied:
My midwife, Edana Hall, does Well Woman check ups
Zannie A. replied:
In SLO? I really liked Dr. Hanson. Don't remember her first name. She's a regular doctor.
Zannie A. replied:
Jana Hanson?
Zannie A. replied:
Whatever you do, don't go to Cu Nguyen. She was awful. She made me cry.
Matthew O. replied:
I like Dr. Klaw for general stuff. Dr. Siebenlist for dermatology, but i usually see his NP Weymann
Roxy M. replied:
Tony tried to make an appt for Dr Klaw - new patient waiting time 4 months... I use Dr. Weiss in Pismo for 10 years now. Tony wants a male doctor - still haven't found one for him:(

Danny Lickness is probably the best obgyn in the county, if you dont mind a man. My family has been going to him forever, and is a close family friend.
