Jerry Williams….. after john and I had been shot down on multiple offers on a home Jerry showed up. John and I had put offers in on a home..multiple offers! we got shot down each time, so like first time home buyers…we gave up. I cried! I cried! then about a month later, a man name JErry Williams called us and asked us if he could put a bid in for us on the house we were trying to get. Jerry took the time to explain what exactly we were offering and what that looked like on a mortgage note. So we made an offer and yeehaw…. still living at 608 west hopkins street!

Jason Tarr! He helped find a rental when we first came to Kyle site unseen from Idaho. He helped up buy our home in Kyle a few years later, and he helped us rent our house through Prime Property Management for the past 4 years!
