Rustlers Rooste. I had my wedding there. If I remember right, ceremony was around $1 k, and reception was around $1.5 k? It's on their website.

Shenandoah Mill in Gilbert. Very reasonable and will let you bring alcohol as long as you hire a bartender to serve it.

Might have to change the wedding venue we originally had in mind because their cost has gone up, what are some recommendations...

I got married at the Windmill Winery and my husband is a DJ with the company that contracts with them. Their packages include ceremony and reception venues, tables, chairs, linens, DJ, cake, and catering. It is truly a wonderful value for the money! Ask for DJ Will with Ellagant!:)
Amanda K. replied:
Also, Oasis Golf Course offers weddings. You would have to find your own caterer and DJ. Unfortunately, it can be almost impossible to find all that for under $5,000. If you do choose to go with getting everything separate, my husband would be happy to give you a fair rate for professional DJing! You can check out his Facebook page with reviews and a few videos at https://www.facebook.com/DJDeckstarAZ/.
