any recommendations for a good chiropractor during pregnancy?
FREE - Sandpoint, Idaho
Laura N. replied:
I had lots of problems with my back during pregnancy due to my scoliosis. I saw Dr. Moore in BF, but I think even more helpful (for me) was an experienced massage therapist that does specialized pregnancy massage. Or, massage followed by chiropractor is awesome too. Soak in a hot bath after to really let those muscles relax the spasm. Hope you find some relief!

Rick Baker is absolutely amazing!!! Any time I have a snow boarding "injury" I fo see him. He puts heating pads or hot rocks on my muscles and talks with me for about 15 min before doing any adjustments. I've only had him recommend that I come in for more than one adjustment, 1 time in the 10 years I've been going to him. And that was after I got a concussion snowboarding and wrapped myself around a tree lol... He was like ya, it would be best if we did this slow instead of forcing all muscles and bones back into place. Said it would have caused more pain than I was currently in... Hope it helps
Kyle J. replied:
I have debilitating spine disease, several herniated disks and osteoporosis. I go to Chiropractic plus. Based out of priest river but in Sandpoint two days a week. He's VERY gentle and understands body mechanics better than any I've ever gone to. And I started when I was a kiddo! He's truly worked miracles on me and actually got me out of and keeping me out of my wheel chair when no one else in town could. His number is 2086102916
