Samaritan Ministries is an affordable option (we have used this). Unless with a private employer, I believe all other insurance is purchased through the exchanges....or at least most. When we had an insurance agent working with us, he have us the same numbers as were on the exchange. That was a couple of years ago, perhaps it is different now.
