Loaf & Ladle is my favorite now. I'm very picky and like to eat as healthy as possible. They have a really great menu, nothing like your standard American diet, if you're looking for something out of the ordinary...:-) http://loaf-ladle.com/menu/

Blue Heron Cafe in Samuels. Great mountain lake and view from the patio seating. Under 20 per plate and amazing food. Tonight is their fish n chips special. Wine and beer. Place for kids to run and play...you won't be dissappointed

Kerri N. replied:
I don't necessarily have items marked gluten free on my menu, which I should, however at The View Cafe in Cocolalla we have a lot of customers who can't have gluten . We make most of our food homemade and even mix our own spices so that a lot of the foods are free of gluten. On Tuesdays we do taco Tuesday of course and the plate is gluten free as we use corn tortillas, and our own taco seasoning. Just ask and we can accommodate to most diets.

Does anyone know where I can buy local honey? We need a large quantities for Tierra Madre Cafe & Juicery!
Karen L. replied:
The Pantry and MOnarch Mountain stores in Clark Fork sell local CF honey = there is also a sign up just before you get to CF, by the dump that says CF Honey but there is seldom anyone there.
Cindy P. replied:
Chad Miller's number is 699 2812. i heard he has a big contract, so not sure how much honey he has available, but worth a call.
Sarah R. replied:
Clark Fork honey is good... it's the stuff you get at the Co-Op... they must have plenty of hives because it's always available. 3 Bee Honey was the best!! They used to sell it at Truby's but I haven't found out how to contact them directly yet. Denise Marie Marley mentioned the name of another local keeper... can't remember the name of their business. Also, Mimi Feuling, who do you like to purchase from? Most places will give you a discount if you buy a 5 gallon bucket. This fall at the Farmer's Market their will be some local sellers... you could sample and make deals then if you haven't found your favorite distributer by then. Thank you so much for researching and being willing to offer local honey at the juice bar!!
