They are there when they say they will be, keep you in the loop as to what's going on, polite, make sure your home is protected as they go in and out. And reasonable. Tile guys they hire are the best -- meticulous and precise.

Plante Oil Burner Service (Dave Plant, 324-1580) Used to work for Mapes, when Mapes sold out, Dave went out on his own. His son, after completing training, now works with him. They do heating system installation and maintenance. Few years ago I had a problem with my furnace, called Dave, took a little while for Dave to get back to me but he did come and fix the furnace. Why did it take a while for Dave to come over, he was at his mothers funeral but he came as soon as the funeral was over. I did not know of Dave's mother passing till he was done with the call. BOTTOM LINE, call Dave.
