This guy named francisco has a private business. Charged me $45 flat for like 5 miles but it might be cheaper for you. I'm not sure if he has a company page but his phone number is (408) 464-5955. I got it because I called E&S Auto repair down.. monterey? I think? And anyway they recommend him. He is super sweet and patient. Great great dude!

I just gave my car to kars for kids since I didn't have the title and it was only worth a few hundred. May be an option. I got Roy to tow my car in Sunnyvale too. 50 bucks. I think he is abc towing? I found him on yelp
