Gary Brustin! http://www.bicyclelawyer.com

Gary Brustin has an office in San Jose. It's probably a good idea to use a bicycle lawyer that has dealt with insurance companies and knows how they operate regarding bike vs car.

Anyone know of a good nonprofit lawyer I could work with? I'm realizing as our organization gets bigger and more complex we need to have a solid person we can go to for...
Felix H. replied:
Touch base with the EDs at Richmond Community Foundation and Further The Work. I'll bet they know some people.

Gabrielle Lessard is a kick-ass attorney with loads of non-profit experience. I highly recommend her.
Alice H. replied:
Gene Takagi is someone you should get in touch with. He is the legal counsel for many non-profits including the org I work with.
Sharon D. replied:
For HR stuff, I have had great experience with Hillary Benham-Baker, at Campins, Benham-Baker. For non-profit organizational stuff (bylaws, etc) Ingrid Ingrid Mittermaier at Adler Colvin is excellent.
So… My neck and shoulders are still hurting badly after I got rear-ended almost 3 weeks ago. Does anyone have a good injury attorney to refer me to?
Jasmine N. replied:
Brad Wiles in SC
Malika B. replied:
Thanks for all the tips! Patty Sanchez I appreciate your referral but I called Brad Wiles as soon as I heard from Jasmine Najera. I just took the first person to respond. He seems very knowledgeable . I'm Aldo surprised about the whiplash Lolomi Dockham! It's crazy that it gets worse so long after the accident.
