Cat, accupuncture can help get out the inflammation...and then there are some very specific easy stretches to do...usually caused by your piriformis muscle impinging on your sciatic nerve which is about the size of your pinky. I'm sure you've got a really good accupuncturist, but Sandy Canzone is great if you don't. Good luck...I had it really bad when I was working in the ER...accupuncture SO Helped!

Oscillicoccinum works for me! In addition to gentle stretching, pilates and walking is supreme. Mindful walking gets everything working together again. For topical, the best I've found is Sciatic Rescue by Peaceful Mountain. They have other formulas too. But I take the Oscill with me when I travel and always have it around when I really need it.
