We bought a house in SF with Alberto Alcocer's help a few years ago. It was bank owned and everyone was so sure the sale was going to take 6+ months. Alberto had it done in 6 weeks, start to finish. When it came time to sell it, we used his help again. We had it sold in approximately 4 months with no problems. Clearealty is his company and he's been in SF real estate for a long time.
