I've used https://www.arrowservices.com for many many years. It was only until their tech accidentally left the gate opened and my dogs got out that I dropped them. However, as far as being bug free, I was always satisfied. If I saw a critter out in the yard, they would be back within the week to spray again.

I use Insect IQ for everything; bug prevention at my house and stinging insect removal services for my work (they get the bee hives out of trees for us). I think they do rodent removal too so overall pretty well rounded. Locally owned by an entomologist if I remember right.

Vacuum your floors. Don’t leave food crumbs anywhere. Use Terro liquid ant bait. That’s all it takes. Insects and rodents are only looking for food.

I use silversun pest control, love them. I manage 30 rentals and also use them for each one that needs it. They offer a pretty good annual contract with unlimited sprays as needed.

Are you certain that you have carpenter ants? Other species of ants could be living in voids left by termites. The carpenter ants that i've seen are all large. I'd imagine that you'd need to tent the house on top of spraying for actual carpenter ants.

OK- Todd's comment just both MAF and me laughing! I used Tater's Kitchens for my bathroom cabinets and they do a really nice job. Kimberly Monaco Duplissey has used them too but they may be more horsepower than you are looking for.

Sean is very skilled and own's his own company. Top To Bottom Construction Inc. He has a Contractor's License and is skilled in all aspects of building but his specialty is wood trim and finish work. He does a lot of custom work. Here is some pictures of our son's bedroom.
