Q2: the Australian Medical Association don't recommend any form of sleep training for babies under 6 months. Your baby does not need training, they just need touch, warmth, milk and love. My advice would be to relax, go with the flow, feed and cuddle bub on demand & let them set their own routine.

Q2: Try Emma Gerrard (paediatric nurse and sleep specialist) - settleandsleep@gmail.com She does private consultations in your home I think.

Q1 - Can't go wrong with Jungle Cats at Broadbeach or Lonestar Tavern at Mermaid Waters has a good kids area. Q2 - Save our Sleep by Tizzie Hall is amazing, I had 2 bubs who slept through the night once I put her routine in place, plus I could get a life. I could make appointments as I knew when they would be sleeping and when they would be awake. Absolute lifesaver.
