Do 'not' go to Auto Doctor. They wanted to replace my car's front ball joints for $1200 and the rear ball joints for $900 (in fact, they said the rear ones were really important for safety reasons). Grand total would have been $2300. What a scam..... I checked with a friend, and found out that my car doesn't even have rear ball joints! So I took my car to Terry's Auto Service in Waldheim and had the front ball joints replaced plus an oil change for $900. Out of towners charge a lot less. They're 1/2 hour north of the city, and they saved me more than $1400.
