Someone close to me spends a lot of time sitting at the computer writing, preparing lectures etc. She's developed real pain in her left arm all the way up to her neck....

I found that engineers often don't like arm rests and would take them off their chairs but other departments prefer arm rests. Upon looking into this, the engineer's keyboards were on their desks and not on a slide out keyboard tray under their desk .... they had also removed these trays. For me armrests are perfect because my main keyboard is at the right height. Another option is http://www.ergocanada.com/products/arms/ergorest.html

Reverse tilt keyboard. If I remember right, Workplace Health and Safety recommends the keyboard up on the the desk top.

Dr. Chantelle Serack!! You won't regret it, she's amazing and will rest your anxiety. I was so scared to go the first time and now I love going, she puts you at ease and you feel so much better after http://www.palisadeschiropracticclinic.com
yup both. at the same time. first a massage to loosen the muscles then straight into the chiropractor cause the bones are easier to move when the muscles are loose!! I go to Erindale Chiropractic.
Vanessa P. replied:
Erindale chiro is great they also have an office in Warman. Dr Lindsay and Dr Angela are very good but do the massage first.
