I had a grade 3 groin pull with bruising from my waist to my ankle from a cross country ski accident... Dr Jinn from Back in Motion had healed up in about 5 weeks and I skiid the entire time. She's a chinese trained doctor of acupuncture. I would go back to her with any future injury in a heart beat.

And the score is Megan 4, JF 2, Dr Jinn 1.

Paula Anderson at LifeMark (8 th and McKercher). Always book my appointments for right after I take Oli to school, it's so convenient. There are a ton of physios though so I'm sure you could find someone there who's a good fit for you.
