I'd suggest R. Widener jewelers on Montgomery Crossroad. They designed & fabricated my husband's wedding band using old wedding bands. The price was right, the designer was capable & friendly, and they're used to dealing with high-end sales/designs.

I absolutely LOVE F.P. Wortley's, in the plaza near Michael's and Panera Breads, just south of the Oglethorpe Mall on Abercorn. They are super nice, always willing to negotiate on price, and do GREAT work. They custom fabricated my wife's engagement ring there, even though I was working on a tight budget.
