Does anyone have a suggestion on an excellent neurologist that will actually listen to my concerns, and who possibly might be familiar with Arnold Chiari Malformation?...

Dr. Thompson! He is wonderful my son has seen him for his Chiari since he was diagnosed in 2010.
Brandy W. replied:
Meagan- I want to see Dr. Thompson, but have to have a referral to him from my current doctor..
Brandy W. replied:
Jill, I want to see Dr. Thompson because a friend of mine has it and he did her surgery, but I need a referral first and my neurologist hasn't officially diagnosed me with it, however I'm positive it's Chiari. When I mentioned Chiari, he acted like he had never even heard of it, and just keeps writing me medicine that doesn't help me. All my headaches are at the back of my head where my skull and neck meet and I have all the classic symptoms, and feel like my head will explode from the pressure, and constantly have pain in my neck and shoulders.:(
Kimberly D. replied:
Dr Sheri. He was great, listened to my medication Concerns, was quick with. Scheduling test to rule out causes and got me to the Dr. that was best to work with me on my diagnosis.
Tammy W. replied:
I also like Dr. Pearlman. I have seen him do some wonderful things for people.
