Food service companies are used for schools who have the resources for cooking at the school sight as well as the staff to prepare and serve food. If you are looking for your lunches to come individually prepared daily, that is a whole other direction as well as what are the specific diets that need be met, and is there State Standards to meet. Pomptonian Inc. runs Jamesburg School lunch program. METZ holds the contract for Monroe Schools, but it's The food service Director in Monroe who has their hired employees, heat up pre-prepared food for the students. I don't know all the details, but hope this helps.
