Coincidently, we just had a windshield replaced a couple days ago. We went with [Southwestern Auto Glass](http://www.southwesternautoglass.com/) and are very happy with how it went. The big key was that we were calling Friday afternoon and wanting the windshield replaced by Monday morning. Most of the shops we called were around a week out (and in one case, three weeks out). Southwestern came out the next morning -- a Saturday morning! I was impressed. They were substantially cheaper than Safelite, too. Safelite quoted me $350 and Southwestern was $220. All windshields cost different amounts so YMMV. Safelite does appear to be notably more expensive than a lot of the competition, though.

Freedom Auto Glass (480) 556-1619 I called them on Friday, they replaced my windshield on Monday and they gave me $100 cash the day off which was a very nice surprise.
