It's called, Scottsdale National Golf Club. There mission is to be the Augusta National of the west coast. It's were the Masters is played in Georgia for you non sporting types. The greens are by far some of the best in the valley but the layout is just ok. I suppose it's why there building another course, massive new clubhouse, par 3 course, and member casitas.

No public posting of plans yet. Parsons is redeveloping the entire golf course, including location of the clubhouse & support buildings. Don't know if he is going to build additional holes on the old sierra reserve land or develop with a new plan for residential. They did submit plans last month and I have seen them. Besides new clubhouse and new course they also will have overnight casitas for its members. I think around 18 small casitas. Reata Ranch has submitted its construction permits last year. I would expect to see construction to start by the end of the year. If you live down stream of Reata you should be very concerned.
