What country are you in?

I use http://printplace.com for pretty much everything. They are reasonably priced and their quality is excellent. I've never had a physical proof done with them, I always just go by the PDF proof that they generate. As long you use the templates they provide, your bleeds and cuts should be fine.

Ive been using gotprint.net for awhile. They've been reliable thus far.

I do a ton of printing for my entertainment business and usually use nextdayflyers.com. They print more than just flyers. If you give them 2 - 4 day print time (they can get it done for you next day but it costs more) and tell them (you have to call them) you want them to ship delta cargo (same day cargo for about the same price as second day shipping) you have whatever you send them in usually 2 - 4 days. If you do next day printing and use delta cargo, you can usually order on say Wed morning and pick them up at the airport on Thursday night. I just placed my first order with gotprint and had major issues with them. 6 phone calls later and my stuff still hasn't gotten here yet and I ordered almost 2 weeks ago. If you tell me you're "busy" and behind, you need to be telling people that upfront from the start and not try to "charge" your customers extra to get the order there on time when it's your screw up in the first place.

I use http://www.m13 graphics.com/ and they are awesome. Great prices, and amazing customer service. Work is quality and turn around is fast. Have used them for many orders at SpotHero and have been very satisfied.
