Glenda M. replied:
Relatively new to the area. Hubby is registered at Seaham Smiles so I called to make my first appointment and this was 3 weeks ago. Can only do evenings as I work full time. Monday 4 May at 535 pm. Great, or so I thought. Checked the calendar at home and it's a Bank holiday. Meanwhile my cap has fallen out. Called them this afternoon and earliest they can see me is in 2 weeks time. That is only to fit my cap again. I then need to make a further appointment for my first ever consultation. That's another few weeks. I mentioned I was booked in for Monday 4 May only to be told.... Oh yes, there's a letter in the post to say you've been booked in on a Bank holiday..... Really....l didn't book it in! So, looking for an alternative as I feel annoyed before I even go lol. Thank you for all your positive suggestions xxx
