Hi I bet you only get inboxes because many charge crazy money or different amounts to different people ;-) haha I charge £10 per hour (£5 if you come with a friend). There is als https://www.facebook.com/133222956710584 o Skinnypigs womens fitness class which gets better results in many cases than PT's and for the price most would charge per hour (£35) you can do 4 weeks unlimited Skinnypigs sessions with 170 per week to choose from x

Abbie my son has been training with Lauren Lang at East Durham Fitness on a one to one basis and I would recommend her to anyone. Excellent Trainer with great results
